Scope of the Additional Benefit of Advantageous Health Package

  • Dental Plan: Dental examination, scaling (lower and upper jaw), single tooth region x-ray and local anesthesia at contracted clinics and dentist practices shall be provided once a year free of charge. Furthermore, all dental services shall be provided at the base fee the tariff of Turkish Dental Association for the current year.
  • Health Plan: Discount at a rate of 5%-40% shall be provided for the services provided at approximately 600 contracted clinics and hospitals.
  • Eye-Ear Plan: Discount at a rate of 5%-40% shall be granted for the services provided at approximately 500 points comprising contracted physicians, clinics and hospitals.
  • Pharmacy Plan: Discount at a rate of 2%-20% for the medicines and cosmetics at approximately 1,000 contracted pharmacies and 25% to 45% at 80 optical centers.

Services With Respect to Combi Maintenance & Air Conditioner Maintenance & Carpet Washing

Combi Maintenance

The Combi Maintenance service shall be valid free of charge for 1 (one) time per year and it shall only be applicable for 1 (one) combi which is available in the residence address of the insured. The Combi Maintenance service shall be applicable for the residence type condensing and non-condensing devices. In the case where more than one combis are available in the address of the insured, the free maintenance service shall be provided for one combi and in the case where the maintenance service is also requested for the other combi, the relevant service shall be provided with discount.

Scope of the Combi Maintenance Package:

  • Trouble shooting
  • Cleaning of the dusts which accumulate in the device upon dismantling of the cover
  • Fan control
  • Exchanger control
  • Electrical leakage control

Air Conditioner Maintenance

The Air Conditioner Maintenance service shall be valid free of charge for 1 (one) time per year and it shall only be applicable for 1 (one) air conditioner which is available in the residence address of the insured. The Air Conditioner Maintenance service shall be valid for mobile, wall type and free-standing air conditioners. In the case where more than one air conditioners are available in the address of the insured, the free maintenance service shall be provided for one air conditioner and in the case where the maintenance service is also requested for the other air conditioner, the relevant service shall be provided with discount.

Scope of the Air Conditioner Maintenance Package:

  • Trouble shooting
  • Electrical leakage control
  • Measurement of gas pressure
  • Cleaning of the internal unit filters
  • Cleaning of plastic boxes in the internal and external unit

Exceptions With Respect to the Combi and Air Conditioner Maintenance:

  • The maintenance service shall not be provided to the nonoperating, broken, disassembled, malfunctioned devices or to the devices whose physical conditions are not appropriate. In the case where the service official determines a malfunction in the course of the maintenance operation, the maintenance operation shall not be continued in order to avoid the intensification of malfunction, etc. reasons. If approved by the insured, the service official shall provide the maintenance service subsequent to executing the repair operation with respect to the malfunction on the basis of discounted prices. In the case where the insured wishes to have the repair operation with respect to the malfunction be conducted by another service, the service official shall leave the address of the insured without executing the maintenance operation. In this case, the right of the Insured with respect to benefiting from the maintenance service on a different date and subsequent to repair of the malfunction shall be reserved.
  • The maintenance service shall not be provided to the devices at the age of 10 and above.

Additional Information With Respect to the Combi and Air Conditioner Maintenance:

  • The Combi and Air Conditioner maintenance service shall only be provided in the residential address of the insured. In the case where the insured wishes to benefit from these services in a different address, the service with respect to other address shall be organized in a discounted manner.
  • In the course of the appointment request, whether the device has a malfunction or not, the brand, operating period of the device and whether it is under the warranty of the producer or not, etc. questions shall be asked by the officials of the AvivaSA Service Line.
  • In the case where an additional operation becomes necessary during the maintenance, the service official shall provide the relevant service at the prices discounted up to 30% pursuant to the approval of the insured.
  • The Combi and Air Conditioner Maintenance service shall be provided upon opening of the cover unit of the device. Therefore, the provision of the maintenance service is not recommended in terms of the devices under warranty for the reason that the maintenance operation excludes the device from the scope of the warranty. In the case where the insured wishes to benefit from the maintenance service despite this information, the relevant service shall be provided if the insured gives his/her written letter of consent.
  • In normal conditions, the received service requests are satisfied within maximum 10 (ten) business days. The specified service period can vary due to the extraordinary conditions, periodical work load density, etc. reasons.

Carpet Washing:

  • The free carpet washing service shall be valid for the machine carpets.
  • The insured shall be entitled to receive free washing service with regard to the carpets up to 6 square meters once per year. With respect to the carpets over 6 square meters, discounts at the rate of 5%-30% are provided.
  • The free and discounted carpet washing services shall be valid for the carpets which are available in the residential address of the insured.
  • In the course of the appointment request, the type and square meters of the carpet shall be asked by the officials of the AvivaSA Service Line.
  • The received service requests are satisfied within maximum 10 business days.
